Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Windsor Castle and the town center, but there were a few drawbacks like the small room that had previous dog guests and lacked proper air conditioning for a family of three. The service was mostly excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, although there were disturbances from loud conversations outside my window at night. The dining options were hit or miss, with some good continental choices but also some undercooked eggs and stale muffins. Overall, a decent stay with some notable issues to consider.
The hotel had some positives like easy access without numerous floors to deal with, but the rooms didn't quite meet my expectations. It was small, and the bed was uncomfortable, although this wasn't a big issue as I didn't spend much time in the room.
The hotel had small but adequate rooms as described. It was a bit noisy in the morning due to leaving the window open, and the neighbor slammed the door at 3 am. However, the staff were pleasant and friendly, providing excellent service. The location was convenient for exploring Windsor and just minutes from the Thames and Windsor Castle. The dining experience offered a great choice of food, though service was slow at times. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with a lovely king-size bed, a cozy sitting area, and a large bathroom with a luxurious bath. The service was outstanding, with everyone being polite, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms lacked atmosphere but were self-contained and convenient as they were on the ground floor. However, booking parking was a simple process. The service varied from exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Wendy providing her local knowledge, to staff who seemed to avoid serving guests. The location was very convenient, central within Eton away from the crowds of Windsor, with beautiful flowers enhancing the surroundings. Dining offered some great choices, but overcrowding caused delays. Overall, a stay with positives and negatives.
